Pilot Diet: Lose 5 Pounds in 7 Days

All you have to do is follow the rule that within a day have available a certain number of points, and nothing beyond that. How do you combine the meals, that is your thing but you have to stay within the permitted points for one day (18 – 20 points).

You can even “save”, one day eat food worth 15 points and the next day make up the difference. All in all, worth a try. If you engage in this adventure, it is advantageous if you have a notebook and write a record after each meal how many points you have taken.

Below is a list of points and following meals that carry them:

Breakfast – 3 or 4 points

3 points:

  • 1 orange, whole or drained, 1 thin flatbread with yogurt, salted, and with a few thin slices of cucumber, tea or coffee

3 points:

  • Refreshing fruit salad (orange, grapefruit, kiwi) with nâtrene, 3 slices of steak with a little low-fat cheese, tea or coffee

3 points:

  • semolina with skimmed milk (2 dl), raisins (20 g), tea or coffee

3 points:

  • 1 banana, a cup of cream (skim milk), tea or coffee

4 points:

  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread (40 g), a scoop of butter and 2 teaspoons of jam, one or two kiwis, tea or coffee

4 points:

  • A glass of orange juice, pancake with a little jam, tea or coffee

4 points:

  • 2 slices of bread (60 g), two slices of melted low-fat cheese, 1 grapefruit, tea or coffee

4 points:

  • Toasted bread with jam, a cup of skim milk, two kiwis, tea or coffee

Six meals of your choice

6 points:

  • A piece of white fish boiled, bowl of lettuce, or beetroot with vinegar and oil, vanilla cream with caramel and one pear

6 points:

  • Salad of tomatoes with a teaspoon of olive oil, onion and chopped chives, cooked piece of chicken (white meat) with a teaspoon of margarine, 2 tablespoons of mashed potatoes, 3 mandarins

6 points:

  • 1 piece of cooked fish, a bowl of mushrooms, 2 boiled potatoes or 4 tablespoons of cooked rice, 1 fruit yogurt

8 points:

  • A glass of wine, 10 g of crackers, baked on the list a little olive oil, steamed broccoli, 2 small potatoes, 1 scoop of ice cream

8 points:

  • 1 piece of grilled salmon with a teaspoon of tartar sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooked rice, 1 tablespoon cream (skim milk) 1 peach or apple

8 points:

1 stuffed tomatoes (with nonfat cheese), roasted rabbit leg with thyme, veggie stew with a teaspoon of oil, 4 tablespoons polenta, 1 slice fresh pineapple

6 points:

  • 1 plate of vegetable soup without pasta, 1 steak grilled (to remove fat), 4 tablespoons of pasta, a bowl stewed fruit with nâtrene

6 points:

  • Lasagna with zucchini and Swedish cheese, 1 egg, a slice of bread, a green salad with 2 tablespoons vinaigrette (oil + vinegar + spices), a bowl of frozen blueberries or blackberries

8 points:

  • Cucumber with 2 teaspoons of sour cream, 1 slice of bread, 1 beef steak from the leg (60 g), 6 tablespoons of beans, 1 pear or apple

8 points:

  • Vegetable soup with a teaspoon of sour cream, boiled vegetables (optional) 1 hot dogs or 4 tablespoons lenses and 2 slices lean cooked ham, 1 fruit yogurt

8 points:

  • 1 veal steak baked on a teaspoon of margarine, 250 g of peas with carrots, a glass of wine

Additional notes

In the case of hunger one of the following snacks will help and make only 2 points:

  • 1 integrated roll
  • 1 pear topped with 15 g of melted chocolate
  • 2 small pancakes with 2 teaspoons jam
  • 1 slice of bread with a little butter
  • 1 slice of cheese pie
  • 1 small chocolate cake

Foods with 0 points

From the port in a teaspoon of cream to salad to steak, all that does not carry any points, provided that it does not take more than 3 teaspoons a day!

  • Scoop Parmesan = 0 points
  • Teaspoonful of syrup = 0 points
  • The scoop of fresh whipped cream = 0 points
  • Scoop jam = 0 points
  • Eat fish three times a week

Thanks to proteins and healthy fatty acids, fish is one of the best foods to your diet. Fish is not carrying a lot of points, and abundant healthy ingredients. Do not avoid oily fish (tuna, salmon) because it contains only useful fat.
