Summer Diet Shake

This delicious diet shake can be a great substitute for ice cream, because it has only 160 calories and contains more fiber and vitamins than the ice cream.

Summer Diet Shake

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of strawberries, raspberries or other forest fruit.
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat yogurt.
  • 1/2 cup of fresh orange or grapefruit juice.

Place all ingredients in blender and mix them. Serve it cold with a few ice cubes.
